It meets UL 94-V2 flammability standards for safe usage and offers outstanding temperature resistance, performing in environments ranging from -40°C to +85°C, with heat-stabilized material capable of enduring up to +115°C continuously and +130°C for short periods. These fuel line Radius Zip ties also provide strong chemical and oil resistance, standing up to bases, oils, greases, and solvents, although they have limited resistance to acids and are not suitable for phenol exposure. The addition of carbon black in our clamp head black cable ties significantly enhances UV resistance, making them ideal for prolonged outdoor use. With low moisture absorption of just 2.7%-2.8%, these hose clamp ties remain stable and reliable in varying conditions. These clamp head zip ties are RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
